WPForms MailChimp Addon v2.7.0

WPForms MailChimp Addon is the official connector that links WPForms directly to your Mailchimp audience. Without it, you must manually export form entries and import contacts into Mailchimp. This addon removes that manual handoff by pushing name, email and mapped fields straight to the audience you select, with tags, groups and consent rules applied automatically instead of relying on Zapier or custom code for every signup.

It is ideal for bloggers, small business owners and freelancers who use WPForms for lead generation and Mailchimp for email marketing. You can build newsletter signup forms, lead magnet delivery forms, webinar registrations, contest entries and contact forms that grow your list in the background. In daily use, you map fields once in the builder, set tags for each form and let new subscribers flow into the correct audience automatically without manual exports or imports.

WPForms MailChimp Addon Key Features

• Direct Audience Mapping: Select your connected Mailchimp account and audience right inside the WPForms builder.
• Visual Field Mapping: Map email, first name, last name and phone to Mailchimp merge fields with a clear visual layout.
• Automatic Tag Assignment: Add tags like lead magnet or webinar interest automatically based on the submitted form.
• Interest Group Support: Place new subscribers into specific Mailchimp interest groups for accurate segmentation.
• Conditional Logic Rules: Subscribe users only when conditions are met, such as checking a newsletter opt in box.
• Per Form Double Opt In: Enable or disable Mailchimp confirmation email individually for each form.
• Custom Merge Field Mapping: Connect WPForms fields to custom Mailchimp fields like Company or Birthday for personalization.
• Field Validation Handling: Prevents silent failures when emails are malformed or required mapped fields are empty.
• No Zapier or Code Needed: Creates a direct handoff between forms and email list without third party automation tools.

Download Latest GPL Version of WPForms MailChimp Addon

Use the GPL files to test audience connections, field mapping, tags, conditional logic and double opt in settings in a safe staging site or on LocalWP. You can confirm subscribers land in the correct Mailchimp audience with the right data before touching a live site. Staging tests prevent lost leads and list errors. For live client production and automatic list growth, an official license is the correct choice.
