All products distributed through Shine GPL are digital files delivered by instant download. Once a file is downloaded, copied, or installed, it cannot be physically returned, recalled, or revoked. For this reason, all single downloads and VIP membership contributions are strictly final and non-refundable.
This policy reflects the practical reality of GPL distribution. A digital archive can be duplicated in seconds, and access cannot be reversed after delivery. Our terms apply equally to all users, without exception for change of mind, mistaken purchase, or unused download quota.
Platform Infrastructure Contribution Only
Shine GPL does not sell software. All WordPress themes and plugins distributed here are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), which means the code itself is free. No payment is required for the license of the software.
VIP membership fees are a contribution toward platform operating costs, including:

Because this no cost evaluation option exists, claims such as "the file does not suit my setup" or "I did not know what I was getting" are not accepted as grounds for a refund or credit. We encourage all users to test first, read the item description and changelog, and confirm requirements before upgrading.
Technical Incompatibility and Host Environment
Third party themes and plugins are built by independent authors and may contain bugs, conflicts, or specific server requirements that are outside our control. Common examples include PHP version limits, memory limits, missing PHP extensions, restrictive host firewalls, or conflicts with other installed plugins.
Shine GPL provides files as received from the original source, under GPL. We do not offer refunds for host configuration issues, theme conflicts, page builder mismatches, or author level code defects. Our support team can guide you on common fixes, but we cannot modify third party code or guarantee compatibility with every hosting setup.

- Confirm memory limit, upload size, and execution time with your host
- Deactivate conflicting plugins and test on a default theme to isolate issues
Corrupted or Incomplete Archive Guarantee
While sales are final, quality of delivery is covered. If a ZIP archive you download is genuinely broken, corrupted, or has missing files, we will verify and replace it.
To request a replacement, open a support ticket with the item name, version, and a screenshot or description of the extraction error. Our team will verify the stored copy, repackage from a clean source if needed, and provide a working build within 24 hours.
This guarantee covers delivery integrity only. It does not cover feature requests, setup service, customization, or incompatibility with your specific host.
Payment Disputes and Billing FAQ
All WordPress plugins, themes, and extensions are non-tangible, irrevocable digital files. Once downloaded, digital goods cannot be physically returned or uninstalled. VIP membership contributions support immediate platform expenses such as high-speed NVMe cloud bandwidth, storage mirrors, and daily malware security scanning.

If an archive file is genuinely damaged or missing core installation assets, our technical team verifies and replaces the archive with a clean working release within 24 business hours upon receiving your report.
You can cancel your VIP membership at any time from your Account Dashboard under Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future recurring charges while your current active plan period remains accessible until its expiry date.
Manual UPI and bank transfer verification is typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours after you submit your transaction UTR reference and payment screenshot. Access is unlocked immediately upon audit approval.
