Revy v2.5

Revy Import is a companion add-on for the Revy plugin that lets you import and export data using CSV files. It solves the slow, error prone task of entering large booking records, services, and templates by hand. Instead of copying data between spreadsheets and WordPress screens, webmasters can move everything in bulk with a structured file, which saves time and keeps records consistent.

You can use this add-on to manage booking focused websites such as salons, clinics, rental services, consulting agencies, and repair shops that run on Revy. It works together with the main Revy plugin and standard CSV tools like Excel and Google Sheets. Day to day, owners use it to migrate old client lists, update service templates in bulk, back up records before changes, or move data from staging to a live booking site.

Revy Key Features

• CSV Data Import: Bring outside records into Revy from a prepared CSV file without manual entry.
• CSV Data Export: Save existing Revy data to a CSV file for review, sharing, or backup.
• Service Template Support: Handle service template data during import for consistent booking setup.
• Required Revy Connection: Designed to activate and work directly with the installed Revy plugin.
• Spreadsheet Compatibility: Prepare and edit files in familiar tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bulk Record Handling: Process many rows at once instead of updating each entry separately.
• Data Migration Help: Useful when moving bookings and services from an old system or staging site.
• Backup Before Changes: Export current data first, so you have a copy before edits or updates.
• Simple File Workflow: Uses a clear CSV structure that office staff and developers can understand.

Download Latest GPL Version of Revy

The GPL package is helpful for testing how CSV columns map to Revy fields, especially for service templates, before touching real bookings. Try imports and exports in a local or staging copy to catch formatting errors, missing fields, or overwritten records without causing downtime on a live client site. For production use with automatic updates and official help, an official license is the best choice.
