It acts as a bridge pack that lets the automation engine listen to events from the rest of your WordPress site. Without it, workflows stay limited to core actions. With it, you connect forms, courses, bookings and store activity in one place instead of paying for an external glue service or writing custom code.

You can use it to build behavior based follow ups for WooCommerce stores, membership communities and course sites.
