Formidable Forms WooCommerce Addon v1.14

Formidable Forms WooCommerce Addon connects Formidable Forms directly to WooCommerce so you can attach a custom form to any product page. It solves the problem of limited product options when you need text inputs, measurements, file uploads, or calculated pricing. Instead of stitching together extra option plugins and custom code, you build one form, map its fields to the cart, and let checkout, taxes, and order management continue working as normal.

You can use it to sell personalized gifts with engraving text, made to measure furniture or print shops that need dimensions and uploads, booking style services with dates and add on fees, or donation style products where the buyer sets the amount. The form lives on the product page and uses calculations, conditional logic, and field mapping, so cart and checkout show clear line item details. Orders stay compatible with coupons, shipping, payment gateways, inventory, and admin emails for daily fulfillment.

Test this addon in a staging copy with WooCommerce checkout, cart totals, tax rules, and your payment gateway in test mode before touching a live store. Confirm calculated prices pass correctly, custom field data appears in orders, and conditional fields behave on mobile. Local testing prevents broken carts and lost orders on client sites, while an official license is the right choice for live shops that need updates and direct support.
