Formidable Forms Test Mode Addon v1.0

Formidable Forms Test Mode Addon is a focused testing utility for Formidable Forms that lets you preview and submit forms in a sandboxed state. It solves the problem of test entries polluting your database, firing real email notifications, and triggering payment gateways. Instead of duplicating forms or creating hidden test pages, you simply launch preview in test mode and debug safely before going live.

You can use it to build and validate contact forms, calculators, job application forms, and long multi step registration flows with confidence. It works alongside payment collections using Stripe or PayPal, plus email notifications, autoresponders, and API webhooks to your CRM. Day to day, developers and QA testers use it to check conditional pricing, coupon logic, field calculations, required field validation, and confirmation actions before clients or visitors ever see the form.

Formidable Forms Test Mode Addon Key Features

• One Click Test Preview: Launch In Test Mode directly from the Preview dropdown without duplicating the form or building a test page.
• Test Mode Controls Bar: Shows a clear bar at the top of the preview so you always know you are in a safe testing session.
• Isolated Test Submissions: Keeps trial submissions separate so entry counts, graphs, views, and exports stay clean.
• Payment Flow Checking: Walk through Stripe or PayPal connected forms and review pricing totals without processing real charges.
• Conditional Logic Testing: Verify show and hide rules, multi page progression, and lookup fields in actual front end rendering.
• Calculation Validation: Test dynamic field calculations, conditional pricing, coupon logic, and required field validation repeatedly.
• Email Suppression: Prevents admin notifications and autoresponders from sending while you submit multiple test entries.
• Webhook Protection: Stops on submit API webhooks and CRM actions from firing during debugging sessions.
• Front End Accuracy: Displays validation messages and confirmation actions exactly as visitors will see them.
