Formidable Forms Quiz Maker Addon v3.1.7

Formidable Forms Quiz Maker Addon turns standard Formidable forms into scored quizzes with automatic grading. Without it, marking correct answers, adding point values, and calculating percentages requires hidden fields and complex conditional math. This addon adds correct answer marking, score totals, percentage calculation, and letter grades directly inside the Formidable builder. Webmasters use it to get accurate pass or fail results without custom code or fragile calculation setups.

With this addon, you can build end of lesson quizzes for online courses, certification tests for training sites, trivia quizzes for blogs, and assessments for membership sites and client learning portals. It works with Formidable fields like radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, and scale fields, plus conditional logic, email actions, and Views for leaderboards. Daily uses include setting passing scores, showing correct answers after submission, storing entries for review, and sending certificate emails only to users who pass.

Before using this quiz addon on a live course or membership site, test it in a local staging setup with sample questions, point values, and passing thresholds. Check score totals, grade output, confirmation messages, and entry storage so grading errors do not confuse students or block certification. Sandbox testing protects your live site reputation, while an official license is the right choice for production support and updates.
