Formidable Forms PDFs Addon v2.0.6

Formidable Forms PDFs Addon connects to Formidable Forms and turns form submissions into formatted PDF documents automatically. Instead of leaving entries trapped in the database or sending plain text email notifications, it maps submitted fields into a professional file you can download, print or email. This removes the need for manual copy pasting into Word docs or using a separate document tool for every new entry.

You can use it to build client agreements, service quotes, invoices, job applications, certificates and membership receipts on sites already running Formidable Forms. It fits service businesses, schools, membership sites and WooCommerce adjacent workflows where customers expect a signed copy or receipt after submit. Day to day, you design the layout once with logos, headers and tables, then every entry generates its own file for admin review, client email confirmation or staff download from the entry view.

Download Latest GPL Version of Formidable Forms PDFs Addon

Downloaded files under GPL are useful for sandbox testing before live use. Install the addon on LocalWP or a staging copy, submit test entries with signatures, uploads and conditional answers, then check PDF layout, fonts, logos and email attachments. This keeps client forms and notifications safe from errors. For live contracts, invoices or signed agreements, an official license is the right choice for updates and support.
