Formidable Forms Google Sheets Addon v1.0.4

Formidable Forms Google Sheets Addon connects your WordPress forms directly to Google Sheets so every submission lands in a spreadsheet row automatically. It solves the problem of entries stuck inside the WordPress dashboard where non admin team members cannot see them. Instead of manual CSV exports or sharing admin access, you get a live data pipeline that keeps collection in WordPress and review, filtering and sharing inside Sheets.

You can use it to run lead tracking for small businesses, client intake for agencies, registrations for events, and job applications with a dedicated sheet per form. It works with Formidable Forms fields including addresses, checkboxes and Likert scales, plus conditional logic for routing. Day to day, sales inquiries can go to one sheet and support requests to another while your team sorts, filters and applies formulas without logging into WordPress.

Formidable Forms Google Sheets Addon Key Features

• Flexible Field Mapping: Assigns each form field to a specific column and skips unneeded fields such as honeypot or captcha data.
• Readable Complex Fields: Converts addresses, checkboxes and Likert scale responses into clear cell values for easy review.
• Use Existing or New Sheets: Points a feed to an existing spreadsheet or creates a new one for each form.

• Entry Update Sync: Updates the matching spreadsheet row when you edit an entry inside Formidable Forms.

• Secure OAuth Connection: Authorizes through a Google account with official OAuth and lets you revoke access at any time.
