Formidable Digital Signatures Addon v3.2

Formidable Digital Signatures Addon adds a native signature pad field to Formidable Forms so visitors can sign with a mouse, trackpad, or finger instead of typing a name or uploading a scan. Each signature is saved as an image with the form entry for consent, contracts, and approvals. It removes the need for printing, scanning, or paying for an external e signature service, keeping the full workflow inside WordPress.

You can use it to build client contracts, service agreements, HR onboarding packets, school enrollment forms, clinic consent forms, liability waivers, and internal approval workflows. The pad works with conditional logic and multi page forms, so you can show it only after terms are accepted or on the final step. Signatures display in entry details, email notifications, Formidable Views, and generated PDFs, which helps agencies, schools, and clinics keep signed records organized.

Download Latest GPL Version of Formidable Digital Signatures Addon

Download the GPL version to test the signature pad in a staging setup before collecting real agreements. Try touch signing on phones, required field validation, conditional display, multi page placement, and how signatures appear in entries, emails, Views, and PDFs. Local testing helps you catch styling or notification issues without risking lost consent on a live client site. For production contracts and compliance records, an official license is the safest choice for support and updates.
