EventOn Speakers & Schedule Addon v2.1.4

EventOn Speakers and Schedule Addon is a dedicated extension for EventON that adds speaker management and agenda planning to the core calendar. EventON alone handles dates well but cannot organize detailed speaker directories or hour by hour programs. This addon solves that by giving you reusable speaker profiles and a structured timeline. You avoid messy workarounds like stuffing bios into descriptions or building custom post types from scratch.

You can build multi day conference sites with separate stages, single day workshops with timed sessions, training programs with repeat instructors, and meetups featuring guest hosts. It works directly with EventON calendar settings, time formats, timezone options, plus EventON shortcodes and the WordPress block editor for flexible placement. Day to day, you create speaker profiles once with photos, bios, and social links, then link them to sessions, reorder time blocks, and publish a clear agenda that reduces attendee questions.

Download Latest GPL Version of EventOn Speakers and Schedule Addon

Use the GPL package to test speaker creation, profile linking, time block ordering and frontend agenda layouts in a safe staging site. Check how multiple stages display on mobile, confirm EventON calendar styling stays consistent, and practice reusing speakers across events. Sandbox testing prevents broken agendas on live client sites, while an official license is the right choice for production use with direct updates and support.
