Calculated Fields Form Pro v5.8.63

Calculated Fields Form Pro is a WordPress plugin that adds live math to your forms so visitors see quotes, totals and estimates instantly as they type or select options. It solves the problem of static contact forms that cannot handle pricing, measurements or conditional calculations. Webmasters use it instead of external spreadsheets, custom PHP scripts or manual email quotes to keep the entire calculation and submission inside WordPress.

You can build quote calculators for service businesses, booking cost estimators for rentals and appointments, loan or mortgage calculators, measurement converters and checkout forms with add-ons and conditional pricing. It fits agencies, trades, lenders, tutors and stores that price by area, quantity, dates or selected options. In daily use, it emails full submissions with totals, sends auto replies with quote summaries, prefills prices from CSV or database tables and pushes the final amount to PayPal for one-time or subscription payments.

Calculated Fields Form Pro Key Features

• Visual Form Builder: Create forms with text, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, date pickers and sliders without writing PHP.
• Calculated Fields: Define formula fields that update live from user input for totals, taxes, estimates and conversions.
• Conditional Equations: Build multi step formulas that change results based on selected options, quantities, dates or ranges.
• Smart Email Routing: Send complete submissions with calculated values to multiple recipients using placeholders in the message body.
• Visitor Auto Reply: Send an automatic confirmation with quote summary, total amount and next steps to the person who submitted.
• Prefill From CSV: Pull pricing tables, product lists or rates from CSV files to keep calculations current without manual edits.
• Database Table Input: Use values stored in database tables or external services as part of the form calculation.
• PayPal Checkout: Send the exact calculated total to PayPal so a quote form can also collect payment directly.
• One Time and Subscriptions: Accept single deposits or recurring payments based on the result produced by the formula.
• Add-ons and Integrations: Connect submissions to mailing tools, CRM workflows and other WordPress plugins to extend your process.
• Predefined Layouts: Start from ready layouts to launch common calculators and payment forms faster.

Download Latest GPL Version of Calculated Fields Form Pro

Use the GPL package to test formula accuracy, conditional pricing, CSV and database prefills, email placeholders and PayPal checkout in a local staging site before going live. Sandbox testing helps you catch broken equations or incorrect totals without causing downtime or billing errors on a client site. For live payment collection, automatic updates and dedicated help, purchasing an official license is the best choice for production.
