Bookly Tasks is an add-on for Bookly PRO that handles service requests where clients do not need to pick a specific date and time. It lets staff and admins create unscheduled appointments and manage them as a task list inside the Bookly admin area. This solves the problem of lost inquiries and scattered notes, giving you a clear backlog you can schedule, complete, or convert to a full appointment later.

You can use it to run inquiry based booking for consultants, repair shops, agencies, clinics, and home services that need to confirm details before setting a time. Clients complete the booking form without the Time step, which creates a task in your Calendar or Appointments list. Your team can then follow up, arrange a meeting, assign a slot, and trigger email or SMS notifications once the task is marked completed.
