BookingPress Worldpay Payment Gateway Addon v1.3

BookingPress Worldpay Payment Gateway Addon is a connector plugin that adds Worldpay as a dedicated payment method inside the BookingPress checkout. By default BookingPress ships with only a few gateways, which forces owners with a Worldpay merchant account to chase manual payments or external links. This addon removes that friction by letting clients pay for appointments directly with cards processed through Worldpay while keeping booking and payment records together.

It works well for salons, clinics, tutors, consultants, rental services and fitness studios that take paid bookings through WordPress. Once connected, Worldpay shows on the front end booking form alongside other methods, so clients can pick full payment or deposit based on your BookingPress pricing rules. Orders flow straight into BookingPress payment logs with transaction IDs, which simplifies daily reconciliation, confirmations and calendar management without needing WooCommerce or a separate checkout page.

BookingPress Worldpay Payment Gateway Addon Key Features

• Native Worldpay Checkout Option: Adds Worldpay as a selectable gateway on the front end BookingPress booking form for one step payment.
• Secure Hosted Payment Flow: Sends customers through Worldpay hosted pages so card data never touches your WordPress server.
• Full and Deposit Payments: Respects BookingPress pricing rules including full payment, deposit amounts and variable service pricing.
• Automatic Booking Status Updates: Marks appointments as paid or approved on success and pending or failed on cancellation.
• Transaction Sync and Logging: Reports payment results back to BookingPress and stores transaction IDs with each appointment.
• Centralized Payment Reports: Logs payer name, amount paid and gateway used inside the BookingPress payments section.
• Multi Currency Support: Passes the correct booking total and currency code to Worldpay for GBP, Euro and other supported currencies.
• No WooCommerce Required: Works directly inside BookingPress without a separate shop, cart or extra checkout page.
• Merchant Account Compatibility: Designed for businesses that already hold a Worldpay merchant account and prefer an enterprise level processor.

Download Latest GPL Version of BookingPress Worldpay Payment Gateway Addon

Use the GPL package to test the Worldpay connection in a staging copy before touching live bookings. Verify the hosted redirect, success and failure callbacks, deposit handling, currency formatting and payment log entries with a Worldpay test merchant account. Sandbox testing prevents failed checkouts, double bookings or calendar errors on client sites. For live payment collection and automatic updates, purchasing an official license remains the best option for production.
