Timetics Zoom Plugin v1.0.1

Timetics Zoom Plugin connects your Timetics booking system directly with Zoom so every confirmed appointment automatically gets its own live meeting link. It solves the manual work of creating Zoom meetings, copying links into emails, and handling reschedules or cancellations by hand. Webmasters use it instead of custom code or third party connectors because the setup stays inside WordPress and booking data stays in sync with meeting schedules.

You can use it to run coaching sessions, online classes, medical consultations, legal advice calls, and agency discovery meetings booked through Timetics on WordPress. When a client picks a time slot, the plugin creates the Zoom session and shares access details with both host and attendee. It fits tutors, consultants, fitness trainers, therapists, and support teams who manage daily calendars, send reminders, handle time zones, and need a simple video workflow without switching between dashboards.

Timetics Zoom Plugin Key Features

• Automatic Meeting Creation: Generates a unique Zoom meeting for each new Timetics booking without manual setup.
• Timetics Booking Sync: Keeps appointment time, staff, service, and meeting details matched in one place.
• Host Join Links: Provides separate start links for staff while attendees receive join only access.
• Reschedule Handling: Updates the connected Zoom session time when a booking is moved to a new slot.
• Cancellation Control: Removes or closes the linked meeting when the related appointment is cancelled.
• Staff Account Mapping: Assigns meetings to the correct Zoom host based on the selected staff member.
• Time Zone Matching: Aligns booking time with Zoom scheduling to reduce confusion for remote clients.
• Email Link Delivery: Adds meeting URL and access details to booking confirmations and notifications.
• Password Protection: Applies meeting passcodes for added privacy on paid or private sessions.
• WordPress Dashboard Control: Lets admins view, manage, and track linked meetings from familiar booking screens.

Download Latest GPL Version of Timetics Zoom Plugin

Use the GPL files to test the Zoom API connection, host mapping, and automatic meeting creation in a staging or local WordPress install before going live. Confirm new bookings generate correct links, reschedules update the same session, and cancellations remove access as expected. Sandbox testing protects live client calendars from broken links or timing errors, while an official license is the right choice for production sites needing updates and direct support.
