Formidable Forms Conversational Forms Addon v1.2

Formidable Forms Conversational Forms Addon turns your standard Formidable Forms into a one question at a time interactive flow similar to Typeform. It solves the problem of long vertical forms that overwhelm visitors and cause abandonment. Instead of showing ten fields at once, it displays one focused screen with smooth transitions and a progress bar. You keep all settings and logic while getting higher completion rates, without paying for a separate SaaS tool.

You can use it to build high converting lead capture pages, job or client application forms, detailed surveys, quizzes, and onboarding questionnaires for agencies and service businesses. It works directly with your existing Formidable Forms setup including text fields, dropdowns, radio buttons, file uploads, calculations, conditional logic, and email actions. Use distraction free landing page mode with cover image and logo for ad campaigns, or embed inline for contact and quote flows.

Download Latest GPL Version of Formidable Forms Conversational Forms Addon

Download the GPL version to test how multi step conversational flows behave before using them for real leads. Check keyboard navigation, conditional question skipping, progress bar accuracy, mobile layout, and email notifications in a staging site or LocalWP install.
